Ylang Ylang (Canaga odorata) Essential Oil

Properties:

For beauty: Regulates fat metabolism, soothes the symptoms of acne, prevents the formation of new acne lesions, reduces oily skin, does not clog pores, removes excess sebum, relaxes, refreshes, improves skin condition, improves the overall appearance of the skin, refreshes, relaxes.

For health: Ylang-Ylang oil is recommended for cramps, depression, anxiety, insomnia. It lowers blood pressure and relaxes the central nervous system, slowing down the rapid heartbeat and short, rapid breathing. It is a natural aphrodisiac.

HOW TO USE:

Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with the base oil). For one bath, 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of basic oil are used.

Massage - selected essential oils are added to the basic oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of essential oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix.

Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.

Shake the bottle before each use.

For one teaspoon (5ml) of essential oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are given.

Spraying - fill the water container in the aromatic fireplace or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.

Sauna - 5 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of water.
