Recommended daily dose: SmartMe 5 ml per day (1 teaspoon) - during or after a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet.

Storage: Store in a dry and airy place, out of reach of small children. After opening the package, store in the original packaging at a temperature below 5°C and consume within 2 months. Do not spill onto other plastic surfaces. Bioesters of fatty acids contained in SmartMe oil can react with plastics and dissolve some of them. Therefore, SmartMe oil should be stored in its original glass bottle or other glass packaging.
