Oregano Essential Oil (Origanum vulgare)

ATTENTION - the oil is very strong, use only strongly diluted. Oregano oil is used for disinfecting baths and compresses for bacterial eczema. Refreshes and relaxes.

For one's health:

Oregano works against eczema, psoriasis and ringworm, rheumatic conditions, pain, shingles and neuralgia. It is the most important antiseptic oil in aromatherapy.

Smell: aromatic, strong, herbal.

It combines well with: basil, bergamot, cinnamon, lemon, clove, tangerine.

HOW TO USE:

Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with the base oil). For one bath, 6-12 drops of oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of basic oil are used.

Massage - selected essential oils are added to the basic oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of essential oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. For one teaspoon (5ml) of essential oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are given.

Spraying - fill the water container in the aromatic fireplace or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.

Sauna - 5 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of water.
