Q1: What devices can DELTA mini power?

A: The 5 pure sine wave AC output socket on DELTA mini can power any tools and devices less than 1400W, surge 2100W, 100-120V(50Hz/60Hz).

Q2: Why the fan is too loud?

A: Please confirm whether it is just fully charged, if the device has just been fully charged, the temperature is too high, the fan speed is high, and the sound may be loud.

Q3: How to choose the solar panel and what is the charge time?

Equipped with EcoFlow MPPT controller, DELTA mini is compatible with any solar panel as long as they have the same EcoFlow solar connector.

Q4: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?

A: The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. Remember to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off, try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
