The forged cleaver knife is hand forged by blacksmith with more than 30 years of experience. The blade is forged by hammering thousands of times, with uniform carbon content, high hardness and sharp edge. After many times of heat quenching and cold forging, the steel has higher structure density, even composition, hand opening cutting edge, excellent regrinding and durability.

Seamless Full-Tang design which is different from general chef knife welding handle, will not break after long-term use. 3 mm thick spine adds more force to the knife. Strong blade could be used to crush garlic and ginger.
