Questions & Answers
Q1: Some residual powder is found in the machine. Is it a second hand product?
A1: The reason behind this is: Grinding test is conducted to ensure the best performance before the machine leaves the factory. So residual powder in the grinder machine is a normal phenomenon.
Q2: Why can't the machine work after it's used continuously for some time?
A2:There is a safety protection device designed in this coffee grinder. When you use the machine for a period of time, the machine will overheat. In order to protect the machine, the fuse will blow out and power off. In this case, you just need to wait for a few minutes before the machine cools down. Press the fuse button again to restore its working process.
Q3: How to clean the product?
A3: Equipped with a brush. Unscrew the knob in front of you when the grinding process is finished and use the brush to clean the coffee powder left inside. (generally water is not recommended)
