Q1. What is the ratio of ground coffee to water used?

A1. The minimum ratio: fill coffee ground in the filter mesh to scale 2, with water filled in the coffee carafe to scale 2.

Q2. Why is there steam out when making coffee?

A2. It is a normal phenomenon. There are both manual pressure relief and automatic pressure relief devices. When the pressure is over 5bar, automatic pressure relief device will be triggered to achieve pressure balance and ensure the safety of the machine.

Q3. Why does it fail to froth milk?

A3. Choose frozen milk. Milk can no longer be frothed once it is heated.

Q4. What is the use of the small hook?

A4. Press the filter with the small hook to keep the it from falling out as the grounds are poured.

Q5. What should I do if the steam pipe doesn't produce steam?

A5. Usually because the pipe is not cleaned in time and milk blocks the pipe. You can insert a tool like a paper clip from the steam pipe end into the steam pipe to unblock it.
