Nettle contains many vitamins (C, A, B2 and K) as well as micro and macro elements (silicon, potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine). For a long time, nettle rinses have been used to cleanse, strengthen, nourish and add shine to the hair.
