Ingredients: magnesium hydroxide, ginseng extract, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), L-ascorbic acid, white tea extract, maltodextrin, glazing agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose, shellac, talc, polyethylene glycol, carnauba wax), corn starch, selenium-enriched yeast, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, acid amide cotinium oxide, zinc oxide, humectant (glycerol), dyes (titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides), calcium D-pantothenate, copper (II) sulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, aroma, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium (III) chloride, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

Directions for use: Adults 1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning, during a meal.
