Lemon balm hydrolate (Melissa Officinalis) was created by steam distillation of organic lemon balm leaves.

Lemon balm hydrolate has many valuable properties:

• perfect for daily care of all skin types;

• soothes, moisturizes and refreshes;

• has a strong anti-inflammatory and tonic effect;

• soothes skin irritation and itching, reduces swelling and redness;

• has antioxidant properties, protects the skin against free radicals and slows down the appearance of the first wrinkles;

How to use: The hydrolate can be used as a tonic - by spraying the skin on the face after washing and drying it. As a diluent for masks, e.g. clay masks. It can also be used as a scalp lotion - it will prolong the freshness of the scalp and have antibacterial properties.
